I feel the need to sing the praises of Advantage, a company which sells and installs blinds, shades and shutters. I am the VERY HAPPY owner of beautiful plantation shutters which were just recently installed. I saw the company’s flyer and called to set up an appointment for an estimate, which was one of three I obtained. (One of the estimates was from Costco, which I expected to be the lowest estimate of the three) NOT the case. The designer, Michelle, was my original contact with Advantage, and right away she seemed to grasp the look that I wanted. We consulted on every option and her suggestions were priceless. Their professionalism extended to their promptness, their precision and their impeccable installation, and of course their wide array of products. I will definitely be using them again. Shutters were ordered in September, 2018. It takes 6 to 8 weeks for custom shutters, but it was worth the wait! Old window treatment was removed and shutters were hung. Process was handled professionally from start to finish. (This is 3rd time I used services of Advantage for window treatments.)

Everyone at Advantage was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. Michelle Moats, their In-Home Design Consultant was amazing. She worked with me, to stay within our budget and offered three different proposals. Michael, the installer was wonderful also. He saw a slight flaw (which we did not notice) and immediately reorder that particular blind. At one point, we had difficulty with one of the blinds, and the owner, along with a representative from the manufacturer came to check it out. They believed it was a faulty mechanism, and were able to correct the problem without replacing. We love our windows now!. They really are beautiful, and working with this company was great experience. We have recommended them to friends.

Advantage responded promptly when I called about their services. Michele, their decorating consultant, came to the house, gave me some good general advice and we settled on the products I wanted. Shortly after, she contacted me again because one of the blinds I'd selected was not offered in the size needed. She came by again, substitutions were quickly made, no impact on the fairly tight schedule I had for installation. (Particularly impressive because the other company I contacted for a quote took 3 days to get back to me and then referred me to a satellite office in my zip code that would contact me. Never heard from them again.) Installation went smoothly and the blinds work beautifully, I wouldn't hesitate to hire Advantage again.

We are repeat customers. Advantage Blinds, Shades & Shutters installed our living room shutters approximately a year ago, and we were very pleased with their service and the quality of the shutters. This time was no different. It was a pleasure to again do business with Michelle. She arrived right on time for the appointment, took measurements and showed us wood samples. We were going on vacation so decided not to order until we returned. This company is not at all pushy or high pressure, and we received no phone calls inquiring whether or not we were going to order from them. When we returned from our vacation and told Michelle we wanted to order the shutters, it was just a matter of putting down a deposit, and signing the purchase order. The shutters arrived within the estimated time, actually a little sooner. The installer (Bill) did an excellent job installing the shutters, and we couldn't be happier with the final result. It was a very good experience and I would not hesitate to order again from this company!

Absolutely fabulous service. I had used them in my previous home and had gotten wonderful service so I knew exactly who to call when we moved into our new home. Michelle is fantastic. She makes great suggestions and is so professional and careful in her measurements. She made the suggestion of vertical pleated shades for my sliding doors - LOVE them. Look so streamlined. The installation went great. There were a few pleated shades that were slightly damaged during shipping. But, they quickly ordered replacements and had them installed in no time.
